本片以故事性的製作小困境作為開場，引出金馬最佳動畫短片獎的導演—拉瓦，自我介紹並親身示範，帶領學員一步步了解2D角色表演的基礎及骨架應用，最後做出流暢的角色動畫，角色表演以老師流暢的奔跑、後空翻等華麗的動態表現與學生角色僵硬機械的肢體動作，形成鮮明的對比，使影片更能凸顯學員透過老師的帶領與訓練，動態從僵硬到流暢的改變，並呈現課程內容的實用性

This motion graphic opens with a lighthearted production dilemma, introducing Golden Horse Award-winning animation director Lava. Through his self-introduction and live demonstration, he guides students step by step to understand the fundamentals of 2D character performance and skeletal rigging, culminating in the creation of fluid character animation. By contrasting the instructor’s dynamic movements—such as smooth running and backflips—with the stiff, mechanical actions of student characters, the piece vividly highlights how proper training transforms animation from rigid to expressive, emphasizing the course’s practical value.
