從說故事到賣故事｜導演私藏的創作＋溝通組合技

本片以抽象幾何視覺象徵專案創作中遇到的挑戰，透過流暢的節奏與多層次構圖，詮釋如何從「說故事」進階到「賣故事」，將創作能量與溝通策略結合，確保專案在高壓情境下順利推進，課程內容涵蓋導演林呈軒十年來的專案經驗，以及如何與客戶溝通、管理團隊，從前期發想到後期收尾的創作策略，希望能幫助所有專案參與者克服溝通障礙，自信地面對高強度專案。

This motion graphic uses abstract geometric visuals to symbolize the challenges faced in project creation. Through smooth pacing and multi-layered compositions, it explores how to move from “telling a story” to “selling a story,” combining creative energy with communication strategies to ensure projects progress smoothly under pressure. The course content draws from director Lin Cheng-Hsuan’s ten years of project experience, covering how to communicate with clients, manage teams, and apply creative strategies from early concept development to final delivery. The goal is to help all project participants overcome communication barriers and confidently handle high-intensity projects.
