本片以「圓」作為整體的核心符號，映照出新竹多元的樣貌與精神，從科技產業的半導體晶圓、太空發展的衛星，到庶民生活的米粉、貢丸與元宵，再到傳統文化的城隍廟與燈會習俗，皆以圓形的轉化與串聯加以呈現，動畫透過鮮明色彩、圓形轉場與光影層次，傳達「圓」所承載的團圓、循環與希望意象，將新竹獨特的風與光融入敘事，使「圓」不只是形狀，更象徵連結、延續與無限想像。

This motion graphic uses the “circle” as the core symbol to reflect the diversity and spirit of Hsinchu. From semiconductor wafers in the tech industry, satellites in space development, to everyday foods like rice noodles, meatballs, and lantern festival treats, and further to traditional culture such as the Chenghuang Temple and lantern customs, all are connected through circular forms and transitions. With vibrant colors, circular scene shifts, and layered light effects, the motion graphic conveys the circle’s meaning of reunion, cycles, and hope. By blending Hsinchu’s unique wind and light into the narrative, the circle becomes more than just a shape—it symbolizes connection, continuity, and infinite imagination.
